  8. BINDMON was primarily written as a tool for use with the MWATCH NLM. The
  9. MWATCH NLM is a File Ownership Protection NLM developed by Dana Consultants.
  10. One feature of the product is to activate itself whenever an object (usually
  11. a user) is deleted from the system. The BINDMON NLM was devleoped to track
  12. the additions and deletions of object from the system.

  14. The main purpose of this program is purely informational. It is only a
  15. reporting NLM and does not take any other actions then to log bindery events.
  16. It may be useful to track operations occuring with your bindery, or to
  17. monitor the additions and removals of users.

  19. The format of the BINDMON command is:

  21. :load BINDMON [-l filename]
  22.  
  23. There is only one option. The -l option is used to specify a log file to be
  24. written to. All events will be written to this file for your viewing. The
  25. command should look like so:

  27. :load BINDMON -l SYS:\BINDMON.LOG
  28.  
  29. or
  30.  
  31. :load BINDMON -l VOL1:\LOGS\BINDMON.LOG
  32.  
  33. Whatever the use may be, you are authorized to use this product FREE of charge.
  34. You may not charge a fee for the distribution of this product, nor may you
  35. alter the contents of any of the files. When distributing this product you
  36. must include all files enclosed in this ZIP file. [BINDMON.NLM, REG.FRM, and
  37. this READ.ME]. Any users wishing to use this product are requested to fill out
  38. the registration form for our records. This will also give us the oppertunity
